About the Murfreesboro Pregnancy Support Center

We visit with over 200 women every month. They typically range in age from 13 to 45. 30% are 15 to 19 and about 30% are in the 20 to 24 age range. Of the women who come for a pregnancy test, 54% are usually pregnant and 46% are not. Of the 40% who are pregnant, 60 to 70% are considering terminating their pregnancy.

We have a staff of about 35 active volunteers who are trained in crisis counseling. Their job is to walk through the crisis with our client. Our volunteers are trained to be HUGE.

As we offer HUGE to our clients, they have the freedom to explore their fears and the issues in their life that makes their pregnancy an overwhelming event.
